1.) Discovery Call - Get to Know You

This brief 15-20 minute zoom session is an opportunity to explore Health & Wellness Coaching. We'll discuss your goals, the process of coaching, and any logistical questions you may have.

2.) Initial Coaching Call - Vision and Values

Your first coaching session will focus on creating a vision for optimal health and well-being based on your values, lifestyle, and individual goals. We'll use this session to thoroughly understand your current health and where you’ve had success in the past. This session also introduces the Duke Wheel of Health and Personal Health Plan.

3.) Ongoing Coaching Calls - Win and Learn

Once we have a vision of your optimal life, the bi-weekly or weekly online wellness coaching sessions will be dedicated to helping you build habits that will last long-term. We’ll set goals and execute. Along the way, we’ll work through obstacles and find workable solutions. Whatever happens, we win or learn!

4.) Final Coaching Call - Reflection and Launch

Time to celebrate! The last coaching call is a special milestone; use this opportunity to reflect on all you've accomplished, celebrate your wins, and plan ways to sustain your momentum. You can finish strong with intention, so you have a great launch pad for continued growth ahead - let's make it count!

Your health and well-being affect everything you do. Over the years, I've seen people suffer from

I've had a lifelong interest in wellness, but my journey officially started over 20 years ago as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. I continued learning; becoming a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and getting a Master's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science.

But after training many clients in the gym, it was clear that

  • exercise is only one piece of the puzzle

  • diet plans fail most of the time

  • plans don’t work without the right foundation of mindset + habits

Without addressing deep-rooted beliefs and lifestyle habits, results are always limited and temporary!

So, I enrolled in the Duke Health and Well-Being Coach training to become a certified health and wellness coach.

With evidence-based strategies and an integrated, holistic approach, I can help you make lasting changes.

Where do the sessions take place?

All sessions are conducted via zoom. This means you can sign up for coaching regardless of your location and time zone.

Who does the coaching sessions?

All Discovery Calls and coaching sessions are with Stephanie Hodges, MS in Nutrition and Exercise Science and Duke-certified Health & Well-being Coach.

What is the Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is a 15-20 minute Zoom session to discuss your goals, explain the process of coaching, and determine if it's a good fit to work together. This is a no-pressure “get to know you” conversation.

What is the Duke model for Heath Coaching?

How do I schedule sessions?

You can schedule all your sessions using our online scheduler or app. There is no cost for canceling or rescheduling an appointment as long as it's 24 hours in advance.

What is your ministry discount?

If you currently work in full-time ministry at a church or other ministry or non-profit, you are eligible for a 30% discount on coaching. Please visit the contact page to inquire and receive your discount code.
