Holistic approach.

A holistic approach to health and wellness is the key to lasting behavior change and living your best life. Our program goes beyond quick fixes and fad diets, focusing on nurturing your mind, body, and spirit.

Weekly accountability.

Small group coaching for 2-6 people will meet weekly via Zoom for 60 minutes. You’ll share wins and problem-solve as we work towards optimal wellness.

It’s recommended that your group commit to meeting for 3-6 months to see optimal results.

Tailored focus.

Your group can start with a general Holistic Wellness program or choose a specific 3-month focus.

  • The Holistic Wellness program is a great starting point for covering 8 core areas of well-being. It’s also ideal for groups where individuals need to focus on different areas of well-being. This program lasts 3 months in total.

  • A specific 3-month focus for group training may include physical activity, healthy eating, weight loss, self-care, mindfulness, or spiritual growth.

Group coaching from the convenience of your home…or wherever you are!

  • You can have 2-6 people in your coaching group. It’s the same price for up to 6 people.

    Not everyone has to attend every single meeting, but it’s highly recommended for effective results and group cohesiveness.

    Please contact us to discuss groups of more than 6 people.

  • Groups meet four times a month for 60 minute sessions.

    It’s recommended that you commit to 3-6 months of group coaching (minimum) to see results.

    Group coaching packages are billed monthly until canceled.

  • You can start with the 8-week Holistic Wellness group curriculum. Or, your group can set a specific focus like weight loss, healthy eating, self-care, etc.

    Ultimately, we want to serve you! Book a Discovery Call to discuss your group’s unique goals.

    One person from your group will pay and schedule appointments on the stephaniechodges.com website.

  • Group coaching sessions are $600 billed monthly for four 60-minute sessions (yep, it’s the same price whether it’s 2 or 6).

    You will be automatically billed each month until you decide to cancel.

    Your group is responsible for determining how to split payment amongst members and collect money (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, etc.) AND communicating meeting times to all group members.

  • At this time, we don’t have open group sign ups (if you don’t have a group of your own or would like to join with another group).

    However, if you’d be interested in this option in the future you can contact us to be placed on an interest list.
